If you sanitize the wine thief before each use, you can return the sample back into your fermenter and reduce waste. That means more beer for you.

Simply dip once for a quick sample. Just touch the tip to the rim to empty The Thief. It's made of high-grade acrylic for excellent clarity.

Quicker than using a regular test jar, it lets you return the wort to the fermenter with less risk of infection, cutting down on losing any of your finished product.

This Wine/Beer Thief measures 16 inches long.

How to Use the Thief:

1. Sanitize/rinse with a non-alcohol based sanitizer.
2. Submerge the empty Thief and remove.
3. Hold the Thief vertically and insert the hydrometer.
4. Twist to dislodge bubbles and prevent the hydrometer from clinging to the sides.
5. Gently touch the tip to the inside of the vessel to return the sample. Avoid applying excessive force on the pin.

Important: If the valve tip drips, tug the pin firmly to re-seat it.
