Josh Cellars Reserve is the select wine from Josh Cellars, launched by Joseph Carr in 2016 to honor his father's work ethic and commitment to high standards. The Reserve tier is a collection of special wines from outstanding vineyards in California, with grapes sourced from the North Coast, Central Coast, and Paso Robles regions.

Wayne Donaldson, who has been in the international wine industry for nearly three decades, took over winemaking for the Josh Cellars brand in 2009 and has achieved 90+ scores on a variety of Josh Cellars and Josh Cellars Reserve wines.

The Josh Cellars Reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, dry red wine with rustic and robust flavors of baked black fruits, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon.
